Chemical processes and coatings are a process that consists in the application of a chemical product in a liquid state or a compound formulation, on a substrate, directly or by transfer to one or more surfaces to obtain certain qualities in the material with specific and functional properties.

It is known as heat treatment when metal alloys are subjected to sudden conditions of high temperature and sudden cooling, permanence time, speed, pressure, as long as the alignment of the metals or alloys is in a solid state, in order to improve its mechanical properties, especially hardness, resistance and elasticity.

It is when an additional process is carried out without affecting the design of the part. This is to perform one or more additional processes than those found in the manufacturing route.

Deburring is a finishing process that removes sharp edges, burrs, fins, or inconsistencies from material such as metals, steel, and alloys, leaving material with smooth edges and a fine finished surface.

Welding is a process of fixing two or more pieces (usually metal) that by means of heat and/or pressure part of said pieces are melted or a filler material is added, they come together and when they cool down the union of them occurs.

Laser marking is a technique that involves the use of a laser beam to mark parts and materials. This allows the traceability of the marked parts throughout their life cycle.
